The Petition of WILLIAM W.SPENCER respectfully represents:

SECOND:That your Petitioner has passed his final examina~ions
before th<=State Board of Law Examiners for admission to the Bar of the Supreme
Court of Pennsylvania and has been recommended for admission to the State
Court by said Board,as appears by a ~ertified copy of the Certificate of State
Board of Law Examiners,and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsyl-
vania on'-March 1'8,1968..
THIRD:That he has been recommended for admission to prac-
tice law in the Courts of Washington County by ~he Board of Law Examiners of
said County,as appears by a Certificate hereto attached.
FOURTH:That your Petitioner intends to practice law in Wash-
