PETITION OF ADMINISTRATRIX TO FIX ADDITIONAL SECURITY
TO THE HONORABLE,THEPRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Dana Cigana respectfully represents:
1.That John Bernardo a/k/a John Barnedo a/k/a John Bestatc
a/k/a John Battista Bernardi,late of the Borough of Houston,
died intestate on January 24,1964,and Letters of Administra-
tion were granted by the Register of Wills of Washington County
to your petitioner on February 14,1964.
2.On February 14,1964,your petitioner filed with the
Register of Wills of Washington County an Administration Bond
in the amount of $1,000.00 with corporate surety.
3.No Inventory or Appraisement has as yet been filed
in said Estate.
4.Included among the assets of the decedentts estate are
the following parcels of real estate:
PARCEL 1:ALL that certain lot of ground
situate in the Borough of Houston,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,known and designated as
Lot No.15 in the J.H.McNary Addition to Houston,
said Lot No.15 more particularly bounded and
described as follows:

boundary line of Johnson Street,Lot No.16 in
said plan and the herein described lot;thence by
said Lot No.16 in a southerly direction 99 feet
to Lot No.14 in said plan;thence by last lot in
a westerly direction 41.35 feet to Lot No.13;
thence by last said lot and Lot Ko.12 in said
plan in a northerly direction 99 feet to Johnson
Street aforesaid;thence along last said street
in an easterly direction 41.35 feet to the place
of beginning.

The decedent left no personal estate.
5.In the opinion of your petitioner,the fair market value
of the real estate described in Paragraph 4 hereof is $2700.00.
An Affidavit of the value of said real estate executed by two
qualified persons familiar with the value of real estate,who
have no interest in the sale,is attached to this Petition as
Exhibit "A".Your petitioner has agreed to sell the real estate
above described to George Dugan and Charlotte Dugan,his wife,
for the price or sum of $2700.00.

6.The decedent left to survive him as his only heir at
law the following:Mary-Bernardo,his wife,who has executed
a Joinder,which said Joinder is attached hereto as Exhibit
"B".
7.Your petitioner,therefore;requests the Court,pur-
suant to Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,to fix the
amount of the additional security which your petitioner must
file before receiving the proceeds from the sale of the real
estate described herein.
