TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of Jack Edward Reed,a minor,over the
age of fourteen (14)years,respectfully represents:
1.That your petit~oner was born on February 14,
1949,at New Eagle,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That he is the son of Emmett Reed and the late
l\1ona Reed Polacek,deceased.
3.That he is presently in the armed services of
United States and stationed at Fort Hood,Texas.
($3,000.00)Dollars.
and his stepbrother,Russell James Krut,Jr.
Pennsylvania Office,to be.the guardian of his estate.
That your petitioner will inherit from the5.

the minor'has an interest,nor surety for any such fiduciary and
has no interest adverse to that of the said minor.
