The Petition of Russell James Krut,Jr.,a minor over
the age of fourteen (14)years,respectfully r.epresents:
1.That your petitioner was born on August 15,1952,
at New Eagle,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That he is the son of Russell James Krut,Sr.and
Mona Reed Krut Polacek,deceased.
3.That his present residen~e is 1600 Pleasant Street,
Library,Pennsylvania,where he resides with his father,Russell
James Krut,Sr.
and his stepbrother,Jack Edward Ree:L
That your petitioner will inherit from the estate
