said County in Plan Book No.5.pages 196 and 197,and bounded and described as

BEGINNING at a point on the east line of Oak Spring Avenue.at the north-
,east corner of Lot No.99;thence in an easterly direction along said lot.260
feet to Ridgeview Avenue;thence in a northerly direction along said Avenue,80

the point of beginning.

on June 15,1939,leaving to survive him as his only heirs at law,four children,
namely,Roland Markle.Florence Markle Swoger,Edward Markle and George E.
Markle.Thereafter,the said Roland Markle.unmarried,Florence Markle Swoger.
and William Swager,her husband.and Edward Markle and Leona Markle,his wife.
conveyed their undivided three-fourths (3{4ths)interest in and to said premises.
unto the said George E.Markle,by deed dated August 12,1939.and recorded in
the o,ffice of the Recorder of Deeds aforesaid in Deed Book Vol.631.page 268,
whereby the said George E.Markle became seized in fee of.in and to full title to

Markle,being seized in fee of the premises hereinabove described.died testate.
on October 5.1968.leaving a Last Will and Testament dated January 5,1965.duly
