And what is the last notation that is entered on lyour official
records concerning this support or::ler and the whereabouts or
enforcement of this order on the defendant?
May 3rd,1968,the investigator made a trip to Donora to see
defendant to see whether he attended the funeral of his deceased wif e.
What indication is the re concerning that?
Did not get to contact defendant;did not see hi m and was not at the
funeral home.

the matter of the alleged forfeiture of the surviving spouse,
Arch H.Allison,of his rights in the estate of his wife,Alma
Marie Allison a/k/a Alma Marie Kimmey,will be held by the Court
on Wednesday,March 18,1970,at 2:00 o'clock,P.M.
The accountant is directed to give notice of said hearing
to the said Arch H.Allison by advertisement once a week for three
consecutive weeks in The Monongahela Publishing Company 'and like-
wise in the Washington County Reports.The said advertisement sha 1
notify the said surviving spouse that the decedent's representativ
has alleged that he willfully and maliciously deserted his wife
more than one year prior..to her death,giving the date of her
death.He shall be notified that by reason of said alleged
desertion,he has forfeited all his rights to any real and per-
sonal property owned by his wife at the time of her death,in
accordance with the provisions of the Intestate Act of 1947,

AND NOW,this 8th day of July,1970,a hearing in the matter of
the alleged forfeiture of the surviving spouse,Arch H.Allison,and of his
right of election having come on for hearin~·on March 18,1970,after due
notice according to law,and a full hearing having been held and testimony
having been taken on the part of the distributees under the will of decedent,and
said husband not having appeared or offered any testimony,it is the finding
of this Court that the proponents have sustained their burden of proof,and
that said husband,Arch H.Allison,willfu:tly and malicious ly deserted the
decedent and willfu'lly neglected and refused to provide for her for one year
and upwards previous to her death.
WHEREFORE the Court concludes thst the said husband,Arch H.
Allison,has no right of election in his wife's estate,having forfeited the
