TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Wesley G.Brounce,respectfu~ly repre-
sents:
1.Robert C.Booth,Jr.,the deceased,a domiciliary
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,died intestate on September
28,1968;
2.The decedent's personal estate consisted of a
checking account maintained in the Monongahela branch of Western
Pennsylvania National Bank,containing Three Hundred Sixty-Five
($365.00)Dollars at the time of his death;(See Exhibit A)
3.There are no legatees under the Will as decedent
died intestate;

4.The decedent was survived by his spouse,Deborah
Ann Booth;
5.There are no persons entitled to distribution who
are not sui juris;
6.No family exemption is claimed;
7.Administrative expenses and debts of the estate are
as follows:
