capital stock of Observer PUblishing Company registered in my name
thirtY(30)belong to me outright and thirty (30)are held in trust
under an agrQement of trust mode with my mother,Bessie C.Day,in
1944,under which I was to retain the voting rights 1n said stock
during the term of said trust and at the termination said ~.hfrty (30)
shares were to be d 1str1buted,fifteen (15)shares t·~Elizabeth C.
Day and fifteen (l5)shares to John Day and said thirty (30)shares
so held in trust are therefore not a part of my estate but vost in
my sister,Elizabeth C.Day and the 0 sta te of my.brother,John Day,
fiftoen ahares to each.

Louise Day Anthony to ~e Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament
