KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, TIMOTHY ROQUE WEINZEN,
having attained the age of twenty-one years·' do hereby acknowledge that I
nave this day received of and from Pittsburgh National Bank, my guardian,
duly appointed by the Orphans' Court of Washington County,. Pennsylvania,
the ·sum of Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-two and 19/100 ($17,762.19)
Dollars, being the amount awarded me at No,. 1357 of 1968 of the Orphans' Court
of Washington County, Pennsylvania, in full satisfaction and payment of all
claims which I have, or might have, against my said guardian, and of all monies
or property-for which it may be accountable, and I do, therefore, by these
presents, remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said-Pittsburgh·
