AND NOW, this;'dP day of October, 1968, the Court,
having been advised that there is at present, on deposit in
the Western Pennsylvania National Bank, Finleyville office, a
savings account with a balance of $1,128.00, b~ing Account No.
8597 in the name of James G. Boustead, who resides at R. D. #1,
Finleyville, Union Township, this county~ and further that the
.
said James G. Boustead is a minor, aged 16 having been born
November 2, 1951~ and. further that the account'came as a result
of a settlement in .a pe~sonal injury case several years ago~
and further that in order for the minor to graduate with the
senior class in June, 1969 from Monongahela High School, it
will be necessary for him to .make up certain credits at the
Pittsburgh Academy which course of instruction will cost $175.00
plus transportation costs of $25.00 for a total of $200.00~
Now therefore, upon motion of Bloom, Bloom, Rosenberg & Bloom,
attorneys for the minor, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED·and DECREED
that Western ·Pennsylvania National Bank be, and is hereby
authorized and directed to pay over to the parents of the sa.id
minor, the sum of· Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars to be used for
enrollment at the Pittsburgh A.cademy for the purpose herein-
above set forth and for transportation costs, upon presenta-
tion to the bank of the certified copy of this order.

AND NOW, this/J'~day of June, 1969, the Court having
been informed by Bloom, Bloom, Rosenberg & Bloom, attorneys
for the parents of the above named minor, that there is on
deposit in the Western Pennsylvania National Bank, Finleyville
office, the sum of Nine Hundred Twenty-seven and no/100 ($927.00)
in Savings Account No. 8597 which represents part of a sum re-
covered from the settlement of a personal injury action; and
that James G. Boustead is a minor, aged 17 years, having been
born on November 2, 1951; and further that the said minor is on
active duty with the United States Army and is presently con-
fined at the Veterans Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for an
illness contacted while at home on official leave; and it further
appearing that ·the said minor is to be discharged from the hos-
pital in the next few days, and the doctor in charge of his
case has recommended that he be accompanied to Fort Jackson,
South carolina by his father; and it further·appearing that the
costs of transportabion and accommodations em route must be
paid by the individual because he is returning from official
leave.

AND NOW, Therefore, it is ORDERED that Western Pennsyl-
vania National Bank be, and is hereby authorized, to pay over to
the said minor or his father, out of the said account, upon
presentation of a certified copy of this Order, the sum of Two
Hundred Fifty and no/100 ($250.00) which said sum shall be used
for costs of transportation and accommodations to and from Fort
Jackson, South Carolina.

having been informed by Bloom, Bloom, Rosenberg & Bloom, attor-
neys for the parents of the above named minor, that there is on
deposit in the Western:Pennsylvania National Bank, Finleyville
Office, the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-six and 40/100 ($696.40)
Dollars in Savings Account No. 8597 which represents part of a
sum recovered from the settlement of a personal injury action~
and that James G. Boustead is a minor, aged 18 years, having
been born on November'2, 1951~ and it further appearing that
the said minor is on active duty with the United States Army
and is presently stationed at Baltimore, Maryland~ and it further
appearing that the said minor has been required to make two
round trips from Baltimore, Maryland to his .home in Finleyville,
Pennsylvania, at a total cost of $88.20~ and it further appear-
ing that the minor is not able to provide for these trips out
of his own income.
AND NOW, Therefore,. it is ORDERED that Western
Pennsylvania National Bank, be, and is hereby authorized, to
pay over to the said minor or his father, out of the said
account, upon presentation of a certified copy of this Order,
the sum of One Hundred and no/100 ($100.00) Dollars, which
said sum shall be used to reimburse the minor for sums expended
on the round trip;itransportation previously made.

for the parents of the above named minor, that there is in deposi

in savings account No. 8957, which represents part of a sum
recovered from the settlement of a personal injury action; and
that James·G.-Boustead is a minor, age-18 years, having been born
November 2, 1951; and it fur·ther appearing that the said minor
has incurred certain debts which he(-'·has,~refused to pay; and it
further appearing· that the creditors have notified the parents of
the minor of the following listed sums which are due and owing;
and it further being represented to the Court that the parents
nowledge that these bills are valid and should be paid.
i IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Western Pennsylvania Natio

ORDER
No. 1347 of 1968
AND NOW, this 4th day of January, 1971, the Court having been
advised that there is on deposit in Western Pennsylvania National Bank,
Finleyville Office, in Savings Account No. 8597, the sum of $188.81, together
with interest; and it further appearing that the said minor, James G. Boustea ,,
has purchased an automobile which is necessary in his work, and that there
are past due payments on said car which must presently be paid in order that
the said car may be retained by the minor for his employment;
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Western Pennsylvania National
Bank be, and is hereby authorized to pay over to James G. Boustead, a minor
the sum of $188.81, together with interest due in said account to the present
time; and the said minor shall see to the proper payment of the sums due on
said automobile; the Bank shall close out the said account, and upon said
payment to said minor, the Western Pennsylvania National Bank shall be
discharged of all liability in connection with the withdrawal of the full balance
of said fund as indicated.

part of a sum recovered from a personal injury action, and that
James G. Boustead is a minor, age 18 years, having been born on
November 2, 1951; and it further appearing that Mavis.G. Boustead
has paid certain debts of the minor; and it further appearing that
Mavis G. Boustead should be re-imbursed for her expenses on behalf
of the said minor.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Western Pennsylvania Nation l
Bank be, and is hereby authorized to pay over to Mavis G .. Boustead,
the sum of $200.00; and to Bloom, Bloom, Rosenberg & Bloom, attorn
for Mavis G. Boustead the sum of $3.00 for the filing of this
Order, the sum of $20.00 for the preparation and presentation of
this Otder, and the sum of $18.50 for expenses previously incurred
on behalf of Mavis G. Boustead under a similar Orderoof court, for
a total payment to Bloom,Bloom, Rosenberg & Bloom of $41.50.
