·I, MAUVA McB. WARRICK, of South Strabane Township.,
County of Washington,· Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do make this my
Will, hereby revoking any and all Wills at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral
be paid out o.f my estate as soon as may be convenient aft.er my death.
SECOND: I give and bequeath all my tangible personal property,
together with any policies of insurance thereon, tp my three sons, GEORGE
H. WARRICK, JR., RICHARD M. WARRICK, and ROBERT J. WARRICK.
My household goods are to be divided in accordance with notes which will be
found in my safe deposit box,. and the remaining tangible personal property
shall be divided in such manner as my sons may select.
THIRD: I give and bequeath Five Hundred ($500. 00) Dollars
to the Women•s· Society of c·hristian Service, First Methodist Church, Wash-
ington, Pa., to be used for expenses of young boys and girls of said Church
in attending religious education sessions at Jumonville.
I give and bequeath One Thousand ($1, 000. 00) Dollars
to the Trustees of the First Methodist Church, Washington; Pa., to be used
to remodel' the small Church Chapel or for any similar purpose in the event
such remodeling has been completed.
FOURTH; All ~he residue of my estate, real and personal,
and wherever situate, shall be divided into three equal parts and I give and
bequeath one part thereof to my son, GEORGE H. WARRIC~, JR., another
part .thereof to my son, ROBERT J. WARRICK, and the third part thereof
to MELLON NATIONAL.BANKAND.TRUST COMPANY, IN TRUST, for the
following uses and purposes:·

(A) The Trustee shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest
said Trust ·Estate and shall distribute the net income (hereinafter called
11Income '.') and principal from time to time as follows: ..
(1) The Trustee shall distribute the net income to
my son, RICHARD M. WARRICK, for so long as he shall live.
(2.) Upon the death of my son, RICHARD M. WARRICK,
the Trustee shall. distribute the net income to his ·wife, SARAH R. WARRICK,
if she survives him.
(3) Upon the death of the survivor of my son, RICHARD
M. WARRICK, and his wife, SARAH R. WARRICK, the remaining princi-
pal and income balances of the Trust Estate shall be distributed in equal
sharex to the then surviving children of RICHARD M. WARRICK and
SARAH R. WARRICK, or to the issue of any such child who may then.be
deceased, such issue to take by representation .the share their par,ent
would have received if living. In the event of the death of RICHARD M •.
WARRICK and his wife, SARAH R. WARRICK, without leaving surviving
issue,_ the remaining principal and income balances of the Trust Estate
shall be distributed in equal shares to my sons, GEORGE H. WARRICK,
JR. and ROBERT J. WARRICK, the issue of eith~r who may then be de-
ceased to take his share.
(4) In the event that any payment of Income herein-
before authorized to be made to any beneficiary shall be insufficient in
the opinion of the Trustee to provide for the welfare, support and educa-
tion of such beneficiary and members of his or her immediate family,
the Trustee is authorized in its discretion to use from time to time so much
oi the principal of the trust from which such beneficiary is then entitled to
receive Income as may in the opinion of the Trustee be advisable therefor,
and in the eve~t of the death of any beneficiary, the Trustee is authorized
in its discretion to pay part or all of his or her funeral expenses. Not with-
standing the other terms of this sub-paragraph, my Trustee shall retain at
least Ten Thousand($10, 000. 00) Dollars principal of the T~ust Estate to be

available for the education expenses of my grandson, RICHARD M.
WARRICK, JR., in college or graduate school, distribution of that amount
to be made at the sole discretion of the Trustee as hereinbefore provided.
(B) Ii any beneficiary entitled to receive a share of prin-
cipal hereunder shall be a minor, such share shall not be distributed to
him or her, but shall be retained by the Trustee until the beneficiary attains
majority, at which time the principal shall be paid to him or her free of··
trust. During such minority, the Trustee shall pay so much of the Income · ·
.and principal as it deems advisable for said minor's welfare, comfort, • .. '
recreation, support and education to the person having custody of him or
her, without liability on the part of the Trustee to see to the application
thereof, or shall use it direct for such purposes, and shall add the remain-
ing Income to principal, to be invested as such. If such beneficiary dies
while a minor, the Trustee is authorized in its discretion to pay part or
' .
all of his or her funeral expenses, and the remaining principal shall be
paid to the persons entitled to his or her personal estate; PROVIDED,
however, that· the share thus accruing to the beneficiary of any other trust
hereunder shall be added to ·such other trust.
(C) The interests of the be.neficiaries hereunder shall not
be subject to· anticipation or to voluntaJ;y or involuntary alienation; and
the principal and Income shall be paid by the Trustee direct to or for the
use of the beneficiary entitled thereto, without regard to anr assignment;
•
order, attachment or claim whatever.
(D) Income accrued on any property rec.eived by the Trustee·
either at the inception of the trust or as an addition thereto shall be treated
as income and not as principal. Upon the death of any beneficiary of. Income,
any undistributed Income then held by the Trustee for such beneficiary shall
be paid to the person or persons for whose benefit the principal producing
such Income is continued in tr~st or to whom it is distributed under the terms
hereof.

(E) In the adminis.~ration of the trusts herein created,
the Trustee shall have, in addition to and not in limitation of any authority
given to it by law and without the necessity of obtaining the consent oi any
court, the following powers; to accept.in dis~ribution of my estate and 'to
retain investments and prope·rty which are a part of my estate; to invest
and reinvest the principal of the T.rust Estate in any kind of property, real
or personal, or part intere.st therein, without being restricted to invest-·
ments 'which are legal for trust funds; to give options .for sales, leases and
·. ;
'exchanges; to borrow money; to sell, pledge, exchange or mortgage any
real or personal property; to compromise claims; to lease real or personal
prop~rty for terms exceeding f.:.ive (5) years; to join in or oppose the merger,
cons.olidation, reorganization or readjustment of the financial structure of
any firm or corporation in which the Trust Estate may have an interest; ·to
carry securities in the name of a nominee; and to distribute the Trust
Estate either in cash or in kind •
• 1.'.-(F) The Trustee may resign at any time ·by petitioning
a court of competent jurisdic.tion to designate and appoint a successor
corporate Trustee. In case of the merger .or consolidation of the Trustee,
the resultant company shall become successor Trustee hereunder without
notice to any party.
(G) The Trustee shall be entitled to receive annually
compensation for its services heramder in accordance with its schedule of
compensation currently in effect when the services are performed, but not
in excess of such compensation as would be approved by a court of compe-
tent jurisdiction.
FIFTH: I' appoint BERNARD R. McBURNEY, GEORGE
H. WARRICK, JR. and MELLON NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY,
Executors of this my Will, .'giving and granting to my Executors the same

broad powers of 1·ctent.ion, sale, conversion, investment and management
of my estate, real and personal, as ar~ granted to my Trustee under this
Will, and in addition the right to distribute my securities or other property
in kind to my Trustee.
SIXTH: If any property (other than tangible personal
property) as to which I am entitled to appoint a guardian shall pass free of
trust to a minor by reason of my death, I appoint MELLON NATIONAL BANK
AND TRUST COMPANY guardian of the estate of said minor as to such. ·.
property, authorizing such guardian, in its sole discretion and without ;;
. order of court, to retain such property in kind -or to sell the same, giving
good title to any real estate, to invest and reinvest in stocks, bonds or
other investments without being limited to investments which are legal for
a minor 1s funds and to use both income and principal for the minor's wel.-
fare, ~upport and education, including prepara-tory, college. and post-
. graduate or professional training.
SEVENTH: I direct that all estate, inheritance and other
taxes in the nature thereof, together with any interest and penalties thereon,
becoming payable because of my death with respect to the property constitu-
ting my gross estate for death tax purpose~, whether or not such property
passes under this Will, shall be paid from the principal of my residuary
estate passing under Article Fourth hereof; and no legatee or devisee or
any person having a.beneficial interest in any such property, whether under
this Will or any Codicil thereto or otherwise, shall at any time be require.d
to refund any part of such taxes. In the-absolute .discretion of my Executors
such taxes may be paid immediately, or the payment of taxes on future or
remainder interests may be postponed until the time posses·sion thereof
accrues to the beneficiaries, in which event such taxes shall be paid by the
Trustee out of the pr'incipal-o£ the trust subject thereto.

value and estimated fair market value thereof, and if such estimated fair market. value be less than the
face value, it sets forth briefly the reasons for such depreciation-as to each item; all moneys payable
to the estate from life insurance polici'es carried by decedent; all annuity and endowment contracts the
proceeds of which were payable upon the death of the decedent; and all the corporate stocks and dividends
due thereon and unpaid as of the date of death, bonds and a·ccrued interest thereon to the date of dece-
dent's death and other investment securities owned by the decedent ~t the time of death, with the market
value thereof at such time.
In the case of securities of close or family corporations, the values reported are as far as
possible substantiated by financial statements of the corporations, showing the assets and liabilities
thereof as of the-date of death. The schedule also sets forth the interest of decedent at the time of
death in any co-partnership or business, and in support of the value of such interest there is annexed to
said schedule, financial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business,
A copy of the co-partnership agreement, (if oral, a statement setting forth the nature of the agreement)
together with a statement setting forth the character of the business, its location, and such other facts
pertaining to the business as may be pertinent to a fair and just appraisal of the decedent's interest

That Schedule E attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth all property, real and per-
sonal, owned by the decedent jointly with another or others, including intangible, standing in the name
of the decedent and others, plus the date and place of record of instrwnents effecting the vestiture of
real estate and the date of acquisition of personalty, plus the name, address and rel~t~?nship, if any,,

That Schedule F attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth fully and in detail all debts
and deductions claimed for and on behalf of this decedent's estate, includ.ing funeral expenses paid;

commissions paid or to be paid; cost expended for burial trusts, tombstones or gravemarkers, and reli-
gious services, in consequence of the death of the decedent; debts and claims owing and unpaid at time of
