VINCENT MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT: The petition of Jean Silvagni, respectful~ represents: 1. That your petitioner resides at 430 Jackson Street, Monongahela, Washington County, Penns,rlvania, Which was also the residence of the decedent until his death. 2. That your petitioner is the wife of Anthony Silvagni, who died on August 17, 1968, leaving to survive him as heirs entitled to inherit his estate, his wife, Jean Silvagni and the following children all of age: Sarah L. Silvagni and John Silvagni. >• That the said decedent and your petitioner were married May 10, 1939 and lived together until his death August 17, 1968. U• That the total assets possessed by the decedent above named consists of a Share Account with the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Empl~ees Federal Credit Union, No. 5901, in the sum of $825.14, plus interest for current year, if any. 5. That the funeral expenses have been paid and there are no out- standing obligations against decedent. 6. That your petitioner is the surviving spouse entitled to claim the :Fandl.y Exemption and therefore claims the said $825.14, plus interest, if any, as her allowance. WHEREFORE, your petitioner, pursuant to Section 202 of the Fiducaries Act of 1949, as Amended, prays your Honorable Court to award distribution to her of the decedent's estate, without notice or appraisement, consisting of: Share Account No. 5901 with Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Employees Federal Cr@dit Union of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, i~ the total amount of $825.14, plus· interest, if any and further prays your Honorable Court. to direct the said Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Employees Federal Credit Union to pay to her said momey, plus interest if any.
