1' TO THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
I The Petition of HARRIETT KEENAN respectfully represents: j
1. That your Petitioner, a widow, resides in Taylors-
2. That your Petitioner was the mother of Donald Wayne
3. That Donald Wayne Keenan, age 18, was killed in
t Vietnam on September 1, 1967, leaving to survive him his mother,

your Petitioner, anc seven brothers and sisters.
4. That your Petitioner was duly appointed Admini~tra
:ttrix of the Estate of Donald Wayne Keenan on December 20, 1967.
5. That the said Donald Wayne Keenan died seized of an
undivided one-eighth interest in a house and lot located in
Taylorstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and title to the
· remaining seven-eighths of said property is vested in the names
of his seven brothers and sisters.
6. That the Pittsburgh National Bank was appointed
:Guardian of the Estate of Donald Wayne Keenan on April 29, 1963,

and has filed an Account listing the balance for distribution as
$1552.02.
7. That your Petitioner will, with permission of this
Honorable Court, convey to the seven brothers and sisters survivin
·the decedent, all her right, title and interest in the real estate
hereinabove referred to, and pay all costs attributable thereto.
8. That your Petitioner as Administratrix of the Estate
,has expended the following amounts, to wit:
Application for Letters of Administration
and 1 Short Certificate
Advertisement of Letters in local newspaper
and Legal Journal
Administrator's Bond
Filing Inheritance Tax Form RCC-30
Filing Petition an~ Order under Small Estates
Act, and certified copy of same
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax
Hummell Funeral Home, burial expense

WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully prays the Court

Petition having been presented to the Court and upon due considera-
tion thereof, and it further appearing to the Court that the Deed
from the Petitioner to her children has been duly executed and
recorded in the Recorder's Office for Washington County, it is
hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that the residue of said personal estate,
to wit, $941.22 shalJ be paid.to HARRIETT KEENAN.
