and Fl?rence Cominsky, two rings which I now own, one oi said rings to

the said Betty Jones, leaving to survive her as her only heirs at law, her husband, Paul

Raymond Jones, one. of the heirs, advanced the money to pay debts and expenses. All the I
heirs. of decedent ·conveyed their undivided interests in said real estate to Raymond Jones I and Nancy Jones, his wife, by deed dated August 29, 1969, which said deed is to be recorded •. I

WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1. 00), lawful money of
the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said
parties of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these
presents, ·the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,. have granted,
bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed,
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release,
convey and confirm unto the said parties of the 'second part, their heirs
and assigns, forever,
ALL thei! :rigb.t, title and interest, .in and to all that certain
parcel of land, lying in the Town of Donora, -Washington County:, Pennsyl-
vania, and being Lot number twenty one (21) in Block nwnber thirty five
(35) lying between Waddell Avenue and Hickory Alley 1 fronting on Fifth
Street forty (40) feet and running back one hundred twenty five (125) feet
to Walnut Alley.
Excepting and reserving all the natural gas and oil under-
lying the same land. but no wells shall be drilled on the same for ~ither.
· Being the same parcel of land sold and conveyed to William
J. Jones and Betty Jones, his wife, by deed of Lillian D. Provance (other-
wise called Mrs. Lester H. P~ova.nce in deed whereby she acquired her
title to land conveyed herein), and Lester H. Provance, her husband, by
deed dated May 18, 19201 and of record in the Recorder'' s Office of Wash-
ington County:, Pennsylvania~ in Deed Book Volume 479, page 319. The
said William J. Jones having died prior to his wife, the said Betty Jones,
title became vested in the said Betty Jones, by operation of law.
The said Betty Jones, being so seized, died testate on Nov-
ember 28, 19671 leaving her Last Will and Testament, which is of record
in the Register of Will.s' Office of Washington County, Pennsylvania, in
Will Book Volume 106, Page 1 wherein she devised said real estate to
her children, Dolores Johnson, Raymond. Jones, Florence Cominsky,
Harry Jones, and Betty Jane Jordan, formerly Betty Jane Bakewell. The
said Dolores Johnson died intestate on November 13, 19671 prior to the
date of death of her mother, Betty Jones,. leaving to survive her as her
only heirs at law, ·her husband, Paul Johnson, and the following children,
namely, Dwain D. Johnson, William J. Johnson, and Dennis Johnson.
This deed is executed and delivered by said first parties,
being all the persons interes:ed in said real estate·, and is executed and
delivered, as first parties, b~f Raymond Jones and Nancy Jones, his wife,
for the purpose of vesting title in the said Raymond Jones and Nancy Jones,
his wife, as tenants by the en::ireties.
