It-rr oF 1968. NO .• HULINGS, DECEASED. FETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE TO THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT: The Petiticn of MARGARET A. SCHERER respectfully represents: 1. That Elizabeth V. Hulings died testate on December 20, 1965, and she was a resident of West Pike Run Townshi , Washington County, Pennsylvania, post office address R. D. l, Daisytown, Pennsylvania, at the time of her death. 2. That the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth V. Hulings was probated in the Register of Wills Office of Washington County, Pennsylvania, on January 12, 1966. A true and correct copy of said Last Will and Testament is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit ''A". 3. That the said Elizabeth v. Hulings was survived by the following heirs, all them being over the age of twenty-one years and sui juris: a. Samuel Hulings, son. b. James Hulings, son. c. William Hulings, son. d. John Dale Hulings, son. e. Harry Joseph Hulings, son. f. Irvin Hulxngs, son. g. Ralph Hulings, son. h. Elizabeth Booker, daughter. i. Margaret Scherer, daughter. 4. That no Letters Testamentary have been granted in the Estate of Elizabeth V. Hulings, Deceased, and there is no comtemplation of having any Letters Testamentary granted in the said estate. 5. That the above named decedent left an estate consisting of the following personal property: a. Checking account, Western Pennsylvania National Bank, California, Pennsylvania, in the amount of $111.79. b. A policy of life insurance, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Policy No. 110293858, in the amount of $319.03. 6. Th~ the funeral expenses of the said decedent have been paid. 7. That the following claims are outstanding against the Estate of Elizabeth V. Hulings, Deceased: a. McKeesport Hospital, 1500 Fifth Avenue, McKeesport, Pennsylvania, balance of hospital bill, $183.13 b. Frank R. Bondi, M.D., McKeesport, Pennsylvania, medical services, 300.JO Total -$483.19 8. That your petitioner desires to apply the assets in the total amount of $430.82 toward the payment of the above recited claims, and will then personally pay the balance of said claims. 9. That all of the heirs of Elizabeth v. Hulings, Deceased, join in the prayer of this Petition. Said Joinders are hereto attached and made a part hereof. WHEREFORE, your petitioner, under authority of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, as amended and supplemented, prays your Honorable Court to authorize and direct the Metropolita Life Insurance Company to pay over the proceeds of the life insurance policy of Margaret A. Scherer, and to further authorize and direct the Western Pennsylvania National Bank, Califor~ia, Pennsylvania, to pay over to Margaret A. Scherer, the said sum of $111.79, said sums of money to be paid to Dr. Frank R. Bondi and McKeesport Hcspital. And she will ever pray, etc. argaret A. I~!'' -d' OF 1968. 1968, the foregoing Petition being duly presented, the same is ordered filed; and upon consideration of the said Petition and upon motion of John W. Edwards, Jr., Attorney for Margaret A. Scherer, Petitioner, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company is hereby authorized and directed to pay over to the said Margaret A. Scherer the proceeds of the Life Insurance Policy No. 110293858, in the amount of $319.03; AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DECREED that the Western Pennsylvania National Bank, California, Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized and directed to pay over to the said Margaret A. Scherer the proceeds of the checking account of Elizabeth v. Hulrngs in the amount of $111.79; AND IT I FURTHER ORDERED ANID DECREED that the said Margaret A. Scherer shal then pay the said sums of money to Frank R. Bondi, M.D., and McKeesport Hospital, McKeesport, Pennsylvania, in payment of their claims against the Estate of Elizabeth V. Hulings, Deceased, it being understood and agreed that the said Margaret A. Scherer will pay the balance of said claims out of .her personal funds.
