That Letters of Administration were granted to the Petitioner on September 30, 1968. Bond Book 62, Page 303. 2. That the o~ly assets were $1062.50 (sporting guns, etc. and $1000.00 proceeds of a law suit for the death of said decedent (the balance being awarded to the said decedent's heirs at law under the Wrongful Death Act). 3. That the Administrator has paid $2323.00 in funeral ~~ bills, etc., and has filed the proper forms with the Inheritance Tax Department to show the estate is insolvent. (This amount I· originally was advanced by Agnes Lemonivich, the widow). 4. That the Estate Notices were published in the Washingto County Reports and the Washington Observer during November and December, 1969. 5.
