PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The petition of Josephine Stasko,. of Donora, Washington
County~ Pennsylvania, respectfully represents:
1. That Edward Stasko, a resident of Donora, Washing-
ton County, Pennsylvania, died intestate on April 141 1962, leaving to
survive him as his only heir at law,. his father, Adam Stasko1 with whom
the decedent lived at the time of his death.
2. That your petitioner, a sister of decedent, was duly ap-
pointed administratrix of decedent's estate by the Register of Wills of
Washington County,. Pennsylvania, on February 11, 1964. Your petitioner
filed bond in said estat~ in the amount of $3,000.00 with the Jersey rn ..
surance Company of New York, as surety.
3. That publication of notice of grant of letters of adminis-
tration was published in the Washington County Reports and the Herald
American, the last publication being on March 5, 1964, as shown by proofs
of publication attached hereto as Exhibit A.
4. That the gross personal estate of said decedent amounted
to $1,505. 00, and the gross real estate amounted to $400.00, as shown by
copy of inventory attached hereto as Exhibit B.
5, That the total debts and expenses of said estate as paid
by the administratrix amounted to $2,.425. 00, as shown by the annexed
account attached hereto marked Exhibit C.
6. That all the debts and expenses of the estate have been

paid and there are no unpaid creditors, and there is no balance in said
estate for distribution.
7. That your petitioner has attached hereto, marked Ex ...
hibit D1 the joinder of Adam Stasko, father of the decedent, the only
person interested in said estate under the intestate laws, wherein he
approved the administration of said estate by your petitioner, including
the payment of the funeral expenses, and joins in the prayer of this
petition.
WHEREFORE~ your petitioner respectfully prays that the
surety on the bond of your petitioner be discharged from future liability.

testate on April 14l 1962~ hereby certify that I am familiar with the
facts set forth in the foregoing petition and the exhibits attached there-
to; that said statements made therein are true and correct as I verily
believe; that all debts and expenses due and owing by my son~< Edward
Stasko1 have been paid; that there is no balance for distribution in said
estate; that I approve the administration of said estate by my daughtert
Josephine Staskot including the payment of the funeral expenses; and

PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
The petition of Josephine Stasko~ of Donora~ Washington
County, Pennsylvania~ respectfully represents:
1. That Alexander Stasko~ a resident of Donora, Wash-
ington County1 Pennsylvania, died intestate on October 19~ 1963, leav-
ing to survive him as his only heir at law, .his father1 Adam Stasko1
with whom the decedent lived at the time of his death.
2. That your petitioner:r a sister of decedent,, was duly
appointed administratrix of decedent's estate by the Register of Wills
of Washington County~ Pe:nrtsylvania~ on February 111 1964. Your peti-
tioner filed bond in said estate in the amount of $100. 00 with the Jersey
Insurance Company of New York, as surety.
3. That publication of notice of grant of letters of adminis-
tration was published in the Washington County Reports and the Herald
American, the last publication being on March 51 1964l> as shown by proofs
of publication attached hereto as Exhibit A.
4. That the gross estate of the said decedent amounted to
$613.811. as shown by copy of inventory attached hereto as Exhibit B.
5. That the total debts and expenses of said estate as paid
by the administratrix amounted to $2:J440. 007 as shown by the annexed
account attached hereto marked Exhibit C.
6. That all the debts and expenses of the estate have been

paid and there are no unpaid creditors1> and there is no balance in said
estate for distribution,
7. That your petitioner has attached hereto, marked Ex ...
hibit D.,, the joinder of Adam Stasko, father of the decedentf the only
person interested in said estate under the intestate laws, wherein he

the payment of the funeral expenses,. and joins in the prayer of this
petition.
