I, ABOUI:O:'A. DAGAR, also kn01vn as ALBERT A. DAGA:t; of the Borough of
Canonsburg, County of \•Jashington and Conunon·lealth of· Pennsylvania, being of
sound mind and merr:ory, do here by make, publish and. decJ,.ar= this to be my Last
Will and Testament in manner and i"orm following, hereby r3voking any and all
~vills or Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my Executor hereinafter namei to pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.·.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all ~~e r=st, residue and re-
mainder of my Estate, real, personai ~Dd mixed, of whatso=ver nature and where-
soever situate, unto my· vrife, ASTER DAGAR, also knovm. as 3STHF.R DAGAil., absolutely
and in fee simple.
In the event that my wife, ASTER DAGAR, als:) kn")l'i!'l asESTHER DAGAR, pre-
decease~ me, or we both should die as a result of a C:)mmo~ disaster, I then give,
devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remaind=r of my Estate to my
children, as follows:
(a) I give and bequeath to my son, tVILLIA..:•I A. DAGAR,
the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS (~pl, 000.00 ).
(b) All the rest, residue ··and remaind=r of my Estate,

I give, devise and bequeath, in equal shares, a·Jsolutely and in
fee simple, unto my children, HIKE A. DAGAR, FR3D A. DAGA..R.,
PHOEBE DAGAR SULKOHSKI, h'ELEN DAGAR ESAU ani WLLHN A. DAGAR,
or their heirs, per stirpes.

HIKE A. DAGAR, to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and I
direct my said Executor to employ as the Attore1ey for the conduct a.l1d probate of
this Estate our good friend, ERNEST G. NASSA..R..
