Stay on Route 88 through Castle Shannon, through Hillcrest to the intersection at South Park and travel approximately two miles further. These lots, upon which there are no improv9ments, are in back of the property of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Verno, who reside at 1513 Main Boulevard, Library Heights, Pennsylvania. Loyal Marquis, who died on May 16, 1947• At that time they were apprais~d at a total value of $200 .. 00., J .. Loyal Marquis died intestate and under the intestate laws his mother, Maude P. Marquis became the owner of the two lots. She died two years later on September ~3, 1949.. As she had no other estate, no letters of adninistration were ever issued.
