PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
UNDER SECTION 211 OF THE FIDUCIARY'S ACT
OF APRIL 18, 1949, P.L. 512
TO THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO, PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The petition of Cecelia Fedinet·z respectfully represents
1. Your petitioner is the wife of GEORGE FEDINETZ,
decedent, said parties having been married April 16, 1949.
2. That the said GEORGE FEDINETZ died June 23, 1968,
intestate, survived by your petitioner, his widow, and four
children as follows: George Mark Fedinetz, age 16 years; Diana
Lynn Fedinetz, age 14 years; Robert Lee Fedinetz, age 13 years;
and Tr~y Fedinetz, age ]·years, all of whom are living in their
family home with their mother, your petitioner.
3 •. The only items in the estate of said GEORGE
FEDINETZ at the time of his decease, consisted of one 1963
Cadillac Sedan, Title Number Al5620408 and one 1965 Chevrolet
Truck, Title Number Al7058857, appraised by an independent
garage dealer for a total of $900.00.
4. That the marital relationship was maintained
between your petitioner and the decedent, GEORGE FEDINETZ, until
the day of his death.
5. That all bills pertaining to the last illness and
death of the said GEORGE FEDINETZ have been paid by your
petitioner, including the decedent's funeral bill.

6. That your petitioner is advised that under the
above-named family exemption provision of the Fiduciary's Act of
1949 as amended, she will be·entitled to a family exemption up to
and including the sum of $1,000.00, and does hereby make claim for
the said automotive equipment as above described, whose present
net worth is $900.00.
Your petitioner therefore prays your Honorable Court
pursuant to said Section 211 of the Fiduciary's Act of April 18,
1949, P.L. 512, as amended, to make an order awarding the said
automoti,le equipm~nt to her as abQve described.
