The Petition of Cecelia Fedinetz respectfully represents

1. George Fedinetz,· the within decedent, died on June
23, 1968 at McKeesport, Pennsylvania, at the age of 48 years.
2. The last permanent residence of the decedent, was

3. The decedent died intestate.
4. All of the heirs at law of said decedent, their
addresses, present age, and relationship to decedent are as
follows:
(a) Cecelia Fedinetz, widow, age 44, R. ~. #4,
McDonald, Penna.
(b) George M. Fedinetz, son, age 22, R. D. #4,
McDonald, Penna.
(c) Diana L. Fedinetz, daughter, aged 20. R. D. #4,
McDonald, Penna.
(d) Robert L. Fedinetz, son, aged 19, R. D. #4,
McDonald, Penna.
(e) Troy Fedinetz, son, aged 13, R. D. #~,
McDonald, Penna.
5. Under sections 2102 and 2103 of the Probate, Estate
and Fiduciaries code the above individuals are the only persons
·entitled to share in the estate of said decedent.

therefore there is no Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax cue on the
estate, since allowable debts and deductions exceed the taxable
assests.
8. There are no unpaid creditors of the decedent known
to the petitioner.
9. The petitioner, Cecelia Fedinetz was appointed
Administrix of the estate of the decedent by the Reqister of
Wi]ls of Washington County, Pennsylvania on September 27, 1968 at
