TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Earl Biagini respectfully represents:
1. That he is the natural father of the above named
minors and resides at 1113 Shady Avenue, Charleroi, Washington
County, Pennsylvania.
2. That Edmond E. Biagini is a minor, age seven (7),
having been born October 12, 1960, and is presently residing with
your Petitioner.
3. That Eric P. Biagini is a minor, age three (3), havin
been born April 20, 1965, and is presently residing with his
maternal grandparents at 156 Valley Avenue, Monongahela, Washingt
County, Pennsylvania.
4. That your Petitioner is the natural father of both
minors.
5. That the natural mother of the said minors died on
May 19, 1968, leaving certain insurance policies naming said
minors as beneficiaries.
6. That Mable Casciani, sister of your Petitioner and
aunt of said minors, who resides at 5th Avenue, New Eagle, Wash-
ington County, Pennsylvania, and is the age of 45, is suggested

as guardian for the minors' estate, and she is not a fiduciary
in any trust in which her interest is adverse to that of the
above named minors.
7. That there has been no prior appointment of any
guardians of said minors' estate.
8. That the said wife of your Petitioner died leaving
the following insurance policies, and naming said minors as
beneficiaries.
1. Prudential Insurance Co. of America -Policy No.
391640449, in the amount of $115.00 naming Edmond E. Biagini.
2·. Prudential Insurance Co. of America -Policy No.
451423431, in the amount of $115.00 naming Edmond E. Biagini.
3. Prudential Insurance Co. of America -Policy No.
· 492116717, in the amount of $118.00 naming Edmond E. Biagini.
4. Prudential Insurance Co. of America -Policy No.
621 400299, in the amount of $750.00 naming Eric P. Biagini.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
appoint Mable Casciani as guardian of the said minors' estate.
