I, WILLIA~ FOLKENS, of Eighty-Four R. D. #2~ Wa~hington

County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revok:.ng any and all
wills heretofore by me made.
FiRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter,
CAROL KAE FOLKENS, the sum of One ($1. 00) Dollar.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter,
CHERYL RAE FOLKENS,. the sum of On.e ($1. 00) Dollar.
FOURTH: All the rest and residue of my estate whatsoever,
I hereby give, devise and bequeath to my mother p.nd father, Catherine Folkens
and Albert Folkens of Eighty-Four R. D. #2, Washington County, Pennsylvania,
to be divided equally, share and share alike.
FIFTH: I hereby nominate,. constitute and appoint
Albert Folkens, to be th'e Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament,
and direct that no bond shall be required of him.-
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I, WILLIAM FOLKENS, have

TO: Lega.tees, Devisees and Creditors of the above :state.
WILL you please ~KE NOTICE that I, Betty Folkens,
widow of the said William Folkens, Deceased, who died testate, a
R. D. 2-ot. resident of Eighty rour , Washington County, Penn-!
sylvania, leaving a Will dated October 26, 1955, and recorded in
Will Book ____ , page do hereby elect to take against
the said Will of the said decedent, and in lieu thereof to take
and receive my share of said estate under the intestate laws, and
reqpest you to record and file this notice in accordance with the
Act of Assembly in such case made and provided.
