2. Letters of Administration were granted by-the Register
of Wills of Washington County, Pennsylvania, unto Joseph Babich,
your Petitioner, on November 4, 1966.
3. That the said Nick Bochok, a/k/a Nick Babich, .died
seized of the following described real estate which your
Petitioner proposes to sell:
ALL that ceitain lot or parcel of land situate in
East Bethlehem Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being
Lot Number 216 in the Plan of Lots known as Vestaburg Plan of
Lots, laid out by Jones & Laughlin Steel Corporation, and of
record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Washington
County in Plan Book Volume 7, page· 229.

price that.can be obtained for the above described premises and

market value of the above described real estate.
8. That the Inventory and l>.ppraisement of tl:.e assets of
the-estate of said decedent amounts to One Thousand Dollars
( $1, 000.00) , which is the sale price of the· real estate in said
;; estate and your petitioner proposes to pay the other expenses in
,. the estate from his own funds.

petitioner had filed Bond in the sum of Five Thousar_d ($5, 000.00)
