8. That notice of filing this Petition has been sent
to Torrance State Hospltal, a copy of which notice is attached
hereto, made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit "A".
9. That all of the creditors of the decedent of whi~h
your petitioner has notice, excepting Tor:."ance State Hosnital,
(to which is owen a balance of $686.40) have been ~aid oersonally
by your petitioner.
10. That this ?etition for Settlement is mnde oursuant
to the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Aet of Aoril
18, 1949, P. L. 512, RS amended (20 P.S. ~20.202) and Section 211
of the same Act, as amended (20P.S. ~20.211).
WHEREFORE, your petitioner pray5 your Honorable Court
to enter a De@ree of Distribution, authorizing and directing the
Tran~fer Agent of Lone Star Gas Company to accept the signature of
Nimrod Johnson on the Stock Certificate for twelve :12) shares
ot: the Common Stoe~k of Lone Star Gas Company standing in the nam~
of Margaret Johnson, for sale of said Stock on the ooen market;
and further, autborizing and rlirecting Lone Star Gas Comoany and
Mellon National Bank and Trust Company to accent the endorsement
;)f Nimrod Johnson on the dividend (lJhecks issuerl to Margaret Johns or
:from March 1966, to date for payment of same;. and further, aut11or-
izing and directing Nimrod Johnson to reim::mrSle himself from the
assets of said deeedent in the amount of $1,396.70 for money~ ad-

ment of preferred clAims and administration expenses as set forth
in paragraph 7 hereof, and thereafter to oay all the r)Blance of the

count of its claim for maintenance ~nd care of Margaret Johnson,
w~thout further notice, or with such notice as your Honorable
Court may deem necessary, and without any grant of Letters of Ad-
ministration on the Estate of Margaret Johnson, decea~ed.

your cleim of a halance in the amount of $686.40. As
you will note, this estate is insolvent, however, the
.petitioner, Nimrod G. Jnhnson, is requestin~ the Court
for oermtsston to sell the stock in the estate and ~o
pay over to you the balance left in this estate. 0~
course, it is impossible to indicate the amount you will
receive, as I have no 'idea what the stock will sRll for
on the day the order is signed.

Settlement··~ ~all Estate having been oresented in open
petitioner, and it appearing. to the Court that oeti. tioner has paid
all the known debts of the decedent, Margaret Johnsor, except the
claim of Torrance State Hosoital·, and that said TQrrance State
Hospital has received notice of the intended presentation of said
Petition, and that no inheritance tax is due in the estate of said
decedent,
IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED that the Transfer Agent of
Lone Star Gas Company is hereby authorized and directed to accept
the signature of Nimrod Johnson on the Stock Certificate for twelve
(12) shares of the common stock of Lone Star Gas Company standing
in the name of Margaret Johnson, for sale of said Stock on the
ooen market; and further, Lone Star Gas Company and Mellon Nationa
Bank and Trust Company are hereby authorized and directed to accept

D. Phillips, Esq., Attorney for the above-captioned estate,

and which is to be applied against. the bill incurred by Margaret
Johnson, Deceased, during the time she 'was a patient in Torrance
State Hospital.
