on.the 23rd. day of September A. D. 19 68 , before me,
Russell Marino , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting .
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in the Commonwealth of Penmylvania,
the last Will and Testament of

late of Donora in the County aforesaid, deceased,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell Marino , Register as aforesaid, do

committing unto Her the administration of ail and singular the gcods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring Her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Washington, withi:-1 ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the. date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, AMELIA ROSH, of Donora, Washington County, Penn-
sylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this as and for my last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making null anQ void any and
all Wills and Testaments or writings in the nature thereof by
. me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all my.just debts and funeral
expenses shall be·paid as soon after my decease as can con-
veniently be done, and I further direct that the proceeds o.f
my insurance policy, in which my daughter Mollie Volk is
named beneficlary, shall be applied·toward the payment of my
said debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND: I give and bequeath to my son, John Rosh,
the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); to my daughter,
Mollie Volk, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00); to
my daughter; Anne J?isacky, the sum of Eight Hundred Dollars
($800.00); and to my daughter, Bertha Kern, the sum of Five·
Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
THIRD: My o,ther children having heretofore received
their proportionate share of my estate, I give, devise and
bequeath, all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
I
whether real, personal or mixed, and VIheresoever the same may
be situate at the time of my death, to my children, John Rosh,
Mollie Volk, and ftnne Bisacky, share and share alike.
FOURTH: I do hereby constitute-and appoint my
daughter, Anne Bisacky, Executrix of this my last will and
testament.
IN WITNESS WHE~, I have hereunto placed my hand
and seal this ,;2 Y day of August A. D. 1956.·
