FIRST.I appoint Margaret Stefan Cochenour,my beloved sister, as Ex~cutrix of this~my Last Will and Testament.In the event that for any reason my said sister,Margaret Stefan Cochenour,shall not assume or 'continue in her office as Executrix,I appoint in her place or stead Mellon National Bank and Trust Company.I direct that no bond shall be required of either of the appoin~ees named in this paragraph.My said appointee,in addition to the powers conferred by law,shall have the power to s'ell at p'ublic or priva~e sale,to exchange or to lease,for any period of time,any real or 'personal property,and to give options for sales,exchanges or leas~s,for such'prices and upon such terms or conditions as my said appointee shall deem proper.
