ast Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and

1.All 0'1 my estate,,real,personal and mixed,of
hatsoever nature and wheresoever Situate,which I may own or
have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,de-
vise and 'bequeath to my Wife,Harriet Kosmas,provided only that
she is living thirty days after my death.
2.If my said wife 'is not living thirty days after my
death"I then ,give,devise arid bequeath my entire estate,real
,'and personal aforesaid,unto my three daughters,as follows:One-,
hird,absolutely,-to niy daughter'Thalia K.Kitrilakis;One-Third,
absolutely,to my daughter Agnes,K.Matthew;One-Third of all
ersonal property,,ab:;;olutely.to my daughter Helen K.Maltezos,
and One-Th'ird of all real estate unto my said daughter Helen K.,
altezos for her life,arid on her death to her husband John Maltezo
for his life if he survives her,and upon the dea~h of both

3.I direct that all estate,inheritance,and other
taxes in the nature thereof as may be payable as a result of my
