77·.,and which said Lot numbered 260 in said Plan is described as
follovls:
,Beginning at a point on ,the Northeasterly side of Walnut
Street 714.46 feet Northwardly fro m an unnamed alley atthe corner
of Lot numbered 258 in'said Plan;thence Northwardly along said
Wa1Jn.ut Street a distance of 40 feet to Lot numbered 262 in said
Plan;thence extending back therefrom,preserving an even width

of Donora (formerly Carroll Township),Washington County,
State of Pennsylvania,being Lot numbered 260 of the Jenisee Land
Company Plan of South Donora,which Plan of Lots is of record in
the Recorder's Office of said County in Plan Book Vol.2,at page
77,and which said Lot numbered 260 in said Plan is described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northeasterly side of Walnut
Street 714.46 feet Northwardly fro m an unnamed alley at the corner
of Lot numbered 258 in said Plan;thence Northwardly along said
'Walnut Street a distance of 40 feet to Lot numbered 262 in said
Plan;thence extending back therefrom,preserving an even width
of 40 feet,a distance of 110 feet to an unnamed alley in said Plan.
Having erected thereon a one-story frame cottage dwelling
house.
BEING the same property as was conveyed to George Mazur and
Anna Mazur,his wife,by Mary Bucko Maksim and George Maksim,
her husband,by deed dated September 25,1925 and recorded in
Deed Book Vol.537,page 65,records of Washington Co.,Pa.The
