3.The said John Petrocelle died possessed of a Chevrolet automobile
valued at $950.00 as set out in the affidavit of Dale Carrier attached hereto
and nine beagle pups which can be,but were not,registered and pedigreed,of
a vaLle of $35.00 each or a total of $315.00 for the pups.His total estate,
therefore,consisted of personal property ofa total value of $1265.00.

of Wa.shington,County,Pennsylvania,and recorded in Will Book 108
page 304 .,A true copy is attached hereto and marked Exhibit ":a".
5.T:1.e sole beneficiary of the Will is your petitioner Marietta
Petrocelle.Her address is 524 East Maiden Street,Washington,Pennsyl-
vania.
6.There was a funeral bill to the William G.Neal Funeral
Home in the amount of $1120.00 which was paid by your petitioner.
7.There was a spouse'surviving and she is entitled toc1aim the
family exemption.Your petitioner is that spouse.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
decree the distribution of the assets of the estate in accordance with the re-
levant Act of Assembly to her.
