PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION UNDER SECTION 211 et sec OF THE
FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949,P.L.512.66
The petition of Marie Zelenko respectfully represents:
1.That on November 18,1967,Joseph Zelenko,herein-
after called decedent,died,having his principal residence at
Slovan,Smith Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the pe~itioner is the wife of the decedent,and
formed a part of his household.at the time of his death.
3.At the time of his demise,the decedent owned in
fee simple,in his own name:
FIRST:ALL that certain tract of land situate in Smith Townshipb
Washingtnn County,Pennsylvania,and bounded and described,as
follows:Lot No.162 Potts Plan.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to the same exceptions,reservations,
conditi0ns,etc.as recited or referred to in prior deeds in the
chain of title.
BEING'the same let of ground conveyed to Joseph Zelenko
by :deed~-of,,:F.rank Zelenko dated February 24"1962·and recorded in
the office of the Recorder of Deeds for Washington County,Penn-
sylvania in Deed Book 1132,page 434.
SECOND:ALL that certain piece or parcel of ground situate in
Smith Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,known and desig-
nated as Lot No.161 in a plan of lots laid out by Potts Bros.,
et aI,called Dunbar Plan recorded in the Recorder's Office of
Washing'ton County,Pennsylvania in plan book Volume 4,page 86 and
87;the premises herein conveyed being more particularly bounded
and described as follows,to wit;.

BEGINNING at a point on Baird Avenue,at the Northeast
corner of Lot No.160 and running in a Southerly direction along
said Lot 139,three feet to the Hudsnn Plan of lots;thence in an
Easterly direction alcmg said plan of lots 35 feet to Lot No.162;
thence in a Northerly direction along said lot 141 feet to Baird
Street;thence in a Westerly direction along said Avenu~35 feet
to the place of beginning.
BEING the same .tract of land as was conveyed to Joseph
Zelenko by deed of Helen·zelenko Svorinick and William 5vorinick,
her husband,dated November 18,1942 and recorded in the ·!Recorder'I;
Office of Washington County,Pennsylyania in Deed Book Vol.662,
page 559.
4.There are no encumbrances against the said real
estate.
5.That the petitioner claims the family exemption in
part from the real estate described in Paragraph 3 above.
6.That the valuation for tax purposes of said real

as evidenced by the official certificates of valuation for taxes
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a Decree,appoint appraisers to appraise the aforesaid
real esta~e in compliance with the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,and
to seta return date for the confirmation of said appraisements
and the property set apart as the family exemption in the estate
of Joseph Zelenko,deceased.
