PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
OF A SMALL ESTATE
SECTION 202 F.A.of 1949,
AS AMENDED
TO THE·HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
Your petitioner,JOHN J.COBAUGH,by his attorneys,
Henry G.Beamer,III,and Henry Gusky,respectfuQly represents:
1.That John D.Cobaugh,domiciled in Hendersonville,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,died intestate on September 1,
1967,and no letters of administration have been requested or
granted.
2.The decedent was survived by your petitioner,
John J.Cobaugh and David E.Cobaugh,the only children of the
decedent,each having a one-half interest in his estate.
3.The decedent was possessed of personalty consisting
of a 1964 Dodge sedan having an estimated value of $800.00.In
addition,the Socia1 Security Administration has notified and
paid to your petitioner Social Security unpaid benefits of
$129.70 and Social Security lump sum beneftis in the amount of
$255.00.Your petitioner has also received a car insurance
refund amounting to $36.80 and an income tax refund in the
amount of $280.20.The total estate is worth $1,656.70.

4.That all debts of the decedent have been paid by
your petitioner including medical expenses (doctor and hospital
bills)and the funeral expenses of the decedent.The funeral
director agreed to accept as payment in full for his services
the decedent's 1964 Dodge automobile.A copy of this petition
has been filed with the Pennsylvania Transfer Inheritance Tax
office and it has certified by separate certificate that any
inheritance tax due has been paid.

appeared JOHN J.COBAUGH,who,being duly sworn according to
law,deposes and says tha~the facts contained in the foregoing
Petition are true and correct to the best of his knowledge,
information and belief.

1968,the attached petition having been presented in
upon due consideration ther,eof and on motion of Henry G.
Beamer,III and Henr4 Gusky,attorneys for petitioner,it is
ordered and decreed that decedent's 1964 Dodge automobile,the
personalty of John D.Cobaugh,deceased,is hereby awarded to
Mrs.Gilberta Simons,of Si::nons Funeral Home,Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania,as payment in full for decedent's funeral expenses.
It is further ordered and decreed that John J.Cobaugh
be reimbursed out of the assets of his deceased father's estate
for those monies he advanced in payment of his deceased father's
debts and that any remaining assets of his deceased father's
estate shall be distributed in equal shares between decedent's
two sons,John J.Cooaugn and David E.Cobaugh,the only
children of the decedent as is set forth in the Intestate Act of
1947.
It is further ordered and decreed that a certified

transfer title of the Dodge Sedan,Title No.A16496929,
