TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of PEARL DAVISON,of Daisytown,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.respectfully represents:
L That your Petitioner,Pearl Davison,is the surviving
spouse of Thomas Henry Davison,a/k/a Thomas Henry Davidson,who died
a resident of Daisytown,Washington County,Pennsylvania,testate,on
April 30,1968,leaving a will,a copy of which is attached hereto as
"Exhibit A".wherein his wife.Pearl Davison,was named as Executrix and
his Will states that all the estate,real,personal and mixed is given to his
wife,Pearl Davison.
2.That the entire estate of Thomas Henry Davison,a/k/a
Thomas Henry Davidson,consists of a checking account in the First Nationa
Bank of Washington,South Main Street,Washington,Washington County,

Pennsylvania,represen1ing the proceeds of settlement of an Occupational
Disease Claim against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,Department of
~abor and Industry,Claim Petition No.201,785,in the amount of $565.10.
3.That no application for Letters of Testamentary has been
made,and therefore,nc Letters of Testamentary have been granted in the
said Estate.
4.That there were no creditors of the deceased at the time
of his death.
5.That the only creditors of the Estate of Thomas Henry
Davison,a'lk/a Thomas Henry Davidson,are:
