,TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF COURT:
The petition of Katherir_e Zuleba respectfully represents;
I.The decedent,Charles Zuleba,died on September 5,1966,
and he resided at,Avella,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.Your petitioner,-whose address is,Avella,Pennsylvania,
is the wijow of the de~edent,and on the day of the decedent's
death she formed a part of decedent's household.
3'.The :iecedent die;d,intes:tate,and no letters.of administration
were granted,and application for letters of administration will

5.The person entitled to tie family exemption is Katherine
Zuleba,your petitioner,who resided with the decedent and formed
'part of his household at the time of his death.
6.The property of tte decedent consists of wages earned at
Wheeling Steel in the total amount of $238.64,which is now in the
form of 12 U.S.SaVings Bond~,purchase price,$18.75 each and
-$13.64 iL cash.In the year i965 decedebt had one week vacation
pay due of $118.40 which is now in 6 U.S.SaVings Bonds,cost of\
each $18.75,~nd $5.90 in cash.In 1966 decedent h<".d due,one week
vacation ray of $120.24 !lOW in U.S.SaVings Bonds,6,$18.75
purchase rrice,and $7.74 in cash.
