d.To act with the same powers over the trust property
that it would possess were it the actual owner thereof,but not to
purchase any real estate for my estate,otherwise than'toprotect
investments made or to be made,by'it.

of all of the assets of my estate into cash for the purpose of
distributiori~to make,execute,and deliver any and all deeds or
othe~assurances in law necessary and prop~r to vest good title
to either real estate or personal estate,in the purchase or

WHEREAS,the ~ersonal estate of the above decedent,
Thomas Heyes,was insufficient to pay the debts of the decedent
and the costs of the administration of his estate;and
WHEREAS,the said decedent by his Will dated May 4,
1963"du.ly probated on August 31,1968,directed that the real

WHEREAS,a proper sale could not be effected by the
