PETITION FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF A SMALL ESTATE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 AS AMENDED TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The Petition of Joseph J.Walton,by her Attorneys, Tempest &Simmons,respectfully represents: 1.That she is the duly appointed Administratrix of the Estate of John L.Walton,Deceased. 2.That there was no Real Estate in the Estate of John L.Walton,Deceased"and the only personal Estate of the decedent was derived from the proceeds obtained by Attorney Nick C.King,of 1108 Law &Finance Building,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania 15219,from an accident that the decedent was involved in on September 9,1967,at East Providence Township,Bedford County, Pennsylvania.The case was settled for $2,000.00 and in accord- ance with an Agreement entered into between the above named Attorney and the decedent,John L.Walton,the sum of $800.00 was taken from the settlement and the Administratrix of the Estate of John L.Walton received $1,200.00,being the balance due from the settlement.Attached hereto and made a part of this Petition is the Contingent Fee Agreement,whereby the decedent agreed to pay the said Attorney 40%of any settlement secured from the Defendant.
