To the Honorable P.V.Marino,President Judge of said Court:,
The petition o~Cambria E.King,Administratrix of the
E_state of Benjamin E.J'ones,deceased,respectfully represents:
1.That Benjamin E.J'ones,a resident of and domiciled
in North Strabane Township,Washington County,Petinsylvania,died
intestate on August 9,1967,and that Letters of Administration
have been granted to your petitioner by the Register of Wills of
said W~shington County on A~gust 21,1967.
2.'That an rnventory and APpraisement of the real and
personal property of the decedent has been filed of record;the
value of the real estate included therein is the sum of $7,500.00;
and the value of the personal property included therein is the
sum 'o~$8,932.21,or a total of $16,432.21.A copy of said
Inventory is hereto attached.
3.That your petitioner has filed her bond in the
amount of $500.00 ,with the Uni'ted States Fidelit
and Guaranty Company ,as surety thereon.
4.That the description of the real estate of which
the decedent died seized is as follows;
ALL that certain tract ,or parcel of land situate in
North Strabane Township,Washington County,pennsylvania,bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the improved
State Highway and center of the south branch of Chartiers Creek
and in line of land now or formerly of David P.Snodgrass;thence

Costanzo and Eileen R.Costanzo,his wife,of Canonsburg,Penn-
sylvania,to be paid in cash upon delivery of deed.Your peti-
tioner believes and therefore avers that the sum of $7500.00 is
a better price that can be obtained at a public sale of said real
estate.A coPy of said agreeII\ent is hereto attached.
7.That all of the debts of the decedent have been paid
and there are no liens Of record known to your vetitioner.
