The Petition of HELEN STANISZEWSKI respectfully represents:
1.That Telesfor Tony Gromacki a/k/a TelesforT.Gromacki,
widower,late of Slovan,Smith Township,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,died intestate on July 26,1967.
2.That Letters of Administration were issued upon his
estate to Helen Staniszewski by the Register of Wills of this
court on August II,1967.
3.'That by deed dated June 22,1957 and of record in D.B.
Vol.996,page 644,Washington County Records,Milovan Vukabrataviph,
single,conveyed to Telesfor Tony Gromacki
ALL that certain lot of .ground situate in Smith
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and known
and designated as Lot No.105 in.a plan of lots laid
out by S.M.H~dson and which~recorded in the Recorder's
Office of Washington County,in Plan Book 4,page 78,
being more fully described as follows:
LOT NO.105 fronting on.the North side of Hudson
Avenue beginning at the $.outh East corner of Lot No.
106 and running East 40 feet to the Southwest corner
of Lot No.104i thence North 100 feet to the lands now
or formerly of S ~S.Dun1?ar.i th~~ceWest 40 feet along
the line of the said lands of S.\S.'Duhbar to the North
East corner of Lot No.106;thence South 100 feet to the
point 'of beginning:
UNDER AND SUBJECT TO the same'exceptions and reser-
vations as contained in prior.deeds in the r~cord chain

4.That by oral agreement,your petitioner sold the above
described property to Alta Lanhan,for the sum of Seven Hundred

is able to obtain therefor,and believes that the said Seven
Hundred Fifty Dollars ($750.00)is a fair and full price for the
property.

reference to certificate of Assessment attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
7.That the personal property as shown by the inventory
and appraisement amounts to $1,261.12
8.That your petitioner has filed with the Register of Wills
her bond in the sum of $1,000.00 with United States Fidelity and
Guaranty Company,as surety.

1949,your petitioner may not accept any portion of the purchase
