the last Will and Testament of William Kughn
late of Was4ington,Pennsylvania in the County aforesaid,deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
Walter Kughn
the Executor III said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Russell Marino ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said Wa 1ter Kughn
committing unto him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
~FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal
or mixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
five (5)children,namely,Leroy Kughn,William B.Kughn,Sarah
Kughn .Forcone,Walter Kughn,and James Curtis I(ughn,share and share
alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,.
Walter Kughn,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,
but in the event he is unable to qualify or serve for any reason,
then I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,James Curtis Kughn,
