SECTION 11.Attorneys-in-fact shall have power and authority,subject to the terms and limitations of the power of attorney issued to
them,to execute and deliver on behalf of the Company and to attach the seal of the Company thereto any and all bonds and undertakings,
and other writings obligatory in the nature thereof,and any such instrument executed by any such Attorney-in-fact shall be as binding upon the
Company as if signed by an Executive Officer and sealed and attested by one other of such Officers.

York,New York,10010)to be paid to her as Guardian of said two
minors,all legal fees and Court expenses to be paid out of the
remaining $3,333.33.Any surplus or overage paid above said
$13,333.33,to be divided in the same proportions.The said

The Petition of Helen Bedillion Day,Guardian of Clifford
James Bedillion and William Joseph Bedillion,minors,respectfull~
represents:
(1)She was appointed Guardian of said minors by Decree
of the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Penna.,dated August
12,1968,at the above number and term,she residing at R.D.4,
Washington,Pa..
(2)That she is under Surety Bonds approved by your
Honorable Court in the total amount of $37,000.00.
(3)That the total estate of said minors in your
Petitioners hands as shown by Inventory (photo attached as Exhibi
"A")filed,is $41,776.92.
(4)That said minors are the natural born children of
Clifford W.Bedi1lion who died January 28,1968.
(5)That Clifford W.Bedi11ion had a third child,Charle$
Paul Bedi11ion,also a minor,who was adopted July 3,1963,with I
the natural fathers'consent,by Donald J.Bedi1lion and Jane E.
Bedillion,his wife,by Decree of your Honorable Court at No.65
Employees Group Policy 17000-G,on the life ,of Clifford W.
of 1963 O.C.,and he resides with them at EightY~four,Penna.
That there was a policy of Life Insurance,Federal(6)
Bedi11ion,the father of said minors,in the amount

of $40,000.00;
which provided that if at the death of the employee there was no ~
Ibeneficiarydesignated(none was)and no widow survived (none did}

the insured,that payment should be made to the child or children
of the employee.The term child was not defined in the policy.
(7)That your Petitioner has received $26,666.67 from
said insurance for the two minors for whom she is Guardian,but
the remaining $13,333.33 or third,is still in the insurance
companies hands,who have refused to pay it out,although requested
to do so,until a Court decided who was entitled to it or the
three minors,through their representatives,agreed to a division
of it.
(8)Arthur M.Wilson,Washington County,Pennsylvania
Attorney,represents the adopting parents of Charles Paul
Bedillion,and said minor,has by letter dated April 29,1971,to
Adam L.Sanders,Attorney for.your Petitioner,photo of which
letter is attached and marked Exhibit "B",offered to compromise
said claim by requesting the insurance company to pay $10,000.00
of the $13,333.33,to your Petitioner for the two minors for whom
she is Guardian,and the remainder of $3,333.33,to go to Charles
Paul Bedillion or his legal representatives.He further offered
to payout of said $3,333.33 all incidental legal fees and court
expenses incurred in resolving the problem.
