MOT ION
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
WHEREAS,Carl A.Sargent,Substituted Trustee under
the testamentary trust created under the wil+of Mary E.Booth,
deceased,has died.
WHEREAS,a sucessor to the said Carl A.Sargent,
trustee as aforesaid,has not yet been appointed,and
WHEREAS,the principal asset of the trust estate
is ten acres of land situate in the Fifth Ward of the Borough
of Centerville,Washington County,Pennsylvania,upon which the
1966 School and Borough taxes and the 1967 School,Borough and
County taxes are owing in the total amount of $345.69,and
WHEREAS,the bank account of said trust estate in
the Washington office of Mellon National Bank and Trust
Company has a balance in excess of $500.00,and
WHEREAS,said real estate is listed by the Washington
County Tax Claim Bureau for tax sale in September 1968,unless
said taxes are previously paid,and
WHEREAS,McCreight,Marriner &McCreight,acted as
counsel for the said Carl A.Sargent as Trustee and,..represent
the executrix,of his ,estate and John B.McCreight,Esquire,
is designated on said'b~nk account as co-signed with the said
Carl A.Sargent.
NOW THEREFORE,showing as above,the undersigned
John B.McCreight,Esquire,moves.tha~an order be made
authorizing and directing that a check be drawn on said trust
checking account in favor of Washington County Tax Claim Bureau
in the amount of $345.69 for payment of the delinquent 1966
and 1967 taxes on the trust real estate,and that the Washirgto
Office of Mellon National Bank and Trust Company be authorized
to accept said check and charge said account upon signature
of the co-signatory alone upon said check.

payment of the 1966 and 1967 taxes is necessary for the
preservation of the trust real estate in the above entitled
tru$t,on motion of John B.McCreight,Esquire,it is ordered
that the said John B.McC~eight be and is hereby authorized

to draw a check in favor of"Washington County Tax Claim Bureau,,
in the sum of $345.69 against funds of the trust on deposit
in the Washington Office of Mellon National Bank and Trust
Company and said bank is authorized and directed to honor said
check ~pon the signature of the said John B.McCreight alone .
