TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Samuel S.McGreevy respectfully
.represents:
1.Your Petitioner is a nephew of the above-captioned
decedent.
2.The said decedent,Elizabeth McGreevy,was a
resident of the Borough of McDonald,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,and died on June 21,1968 in Cartwright Nursing
Home,Imperial,North Fayette Township,Allegheny County,
Pennsylvania.
3.Said decedent died intestate,and it is not
expected,due to the size 6f said estate,that Letters of
Administration will be taken out upon said estate.
4.The following are the only items coming into the
estate of the said decedent:

the Petition for sett1emen~of the above-captioned estate having
been presented in open Court;upon motion of Joseph C.Ralston,
Esq.,Attorney for Petitioner,the same is ordered filed;the
amounts of debts paid by the Petitioner to the various creditors
are hereby approved;the Pittsburgh National Bank,McDonald
Office,is hereby directed to make payment of the Savings Account
Number 22766 in said institution,in the amount of $439.25 and
Savings Account Number 22768,also in said institution,in the
amount of $917.03,to Samuel S.McGreevy,on account of debts of
the decedent being paid by him;it is further ordered and decreed
that Social Security Check Number 58,689,247 in the amount of
$36.00 for decedent's Social Security for the month of May,1968
is hereby also awarded to Samuel S.McGreevy on account of his
payment of debts of said decedent.
