ORDER
AND NOW,August 2,1968,the President Judge of the Orphans'
Court of Washington County,anticipating that he will be absent and unable to
attend to his duties in said Court during the period from August 5 to August 2 ,
1968,and it appearing that the Honorable Charles G.Sweet,President Judge
of the Court of Common Pleas,and the Honorable Barron P.McCune,the
Honorable Alexander R.Curran,and the Honorable Harold V.Fergus,
additional law judges of said Court,are all available and Willing to preside
specially in said Orphans'Court,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED
that the said Honorable Charles G.Sweet,President Judge as aforesaid,and
such Additional Law JUdges as he shall aSSign,be and they are hereby
appointed to preside specially over this Court during the absence of the
President Judge thereof,as permitted by the Acts of Assembly in such case
made and provided.
