on the 13th day of May A.D.19 66 ,before me,
Josephine M.Douglas ,Register for the Probate of,Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington,III the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of Barbara Repish
late of East Bethlehem Township in the County aforesaid,deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
Josephine Kovacic
the Executor III said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Josephine M.Douglas ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Josephine Kovacic
committing unto her the administration of all and singu'lar the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring.her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

State of PENNSYLVANIA being of sound mind,memory .and understanding,
do make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revo~ing
and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First,I order and direct that my EXECVfRIX hereinafter named
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease
as conveniently may.
Second.After payment of such funeral expense and debts I
give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter CATHERINE BASICH the sum
of Five Hundred ($500.00),Dollars.
Third,All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both
real and personal.of whatsoever kind and nature,and wheresoever the
same may be situated,ofWhich I shall be seized or possessed,or to
which I may in any way be entitled at the time of my death,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my daughter JOSEPHINE KOVACIC,wife of Nick
Kovacic;
Fourth,In the event that my daughter shall predecease me
then I hereby give devise and bequeath my entire residuary estate
both real and personal and effects of every nature to my grandson,

I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my daughter Josephine
Kovacic to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament AND THAT
SaE be permitted to qualify as such without the giving of ~bond or
other security,in any jurisdiction.In the even event that I shall
fail to qualify,or cease to act as such executrix,then I nominate
grandson Nicholas Steven Kovacic to be the executor of this my Will,
it also be permit~ted to act without bond or security.I authorize
the said executrix to sell any or all my estate at a pUblic or pri-
vate sale and pay "my just debts witout being compelled to the County
or any other Court;
