to William Keener,widower,nor does he intend to apply for said
Letters of Administration.
3.That Stephana L.Keener,also known as Stephana
Dorothy Keener died seized of a Mellon National Bank &Trust
Company Checking Account,Account No.302-1579,in the amourit
of $913.70.

4.That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as his family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:

Checking ~ccount,Account No.302-1579
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said appraisement b
confirmed and that said property be set apart to him as aforesaid.
