PETITION FOR FAMILY ExEMPTION
110 P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The'Petition of Frances C.Mesher,by her Attorney,
Paul M.Petro,respectfully represents:
1.Your Petitioner is an adult individual who resides
in the Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,at 235
Waddell Avenue,Donora,Pennsylvania,15033.
2.Your Petitioner is the widow of John C.Mesher,who
died on December 29,1967,a resident of the Borough of Donora,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the same address set forth in
paragraph 1.
3.The decedent and your petitioner were married on
July 9,1931 at st.Leonard's Church,Monessen,Pennsylvania,by
Father Owen J.Kirby,and the Petitioner was a member of the
decedent's household at the time of his death.
4.The said decedent died intestate survived by your
Petitioner and three adult children:John C.Mesher,Jr.,George
E.Mesher,and Patricia A.Koscelnik.The said adult children
were not a part of the decedent's household at the time of his
death.

5.Your Petitioner claims four shares of stock in the
Cincinnati Gas &Electric Company,owned solely by the decedent,
as her widow's exemption,under Section 211 of the Fiduciaries
Act of 1949,as amended.The value of the said stock at the time
of decedent's death was $106.00.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to award to your Petitioner the said four shares of stock in
Cincinnati Gas &Electric Company as her widow's exemption.

consideration of the within Petition F
presented by Frances C.Mesher,widow of the above decedent,
by her Attorney,Paul M.Petro,it is hereby Ordered And
Decreed that the four shares of stock in the Cincinnati Gas &
Electric Company,owned by the decedent,John C.Mesher,is
awarded to Frances C.Mesher as her widow's exemption under
Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,and
the Registrar of said company is hereby directed to transfer
the title to said stock to Frances C.Mesher.
