Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking in full any and all Wills heretofore
made by me:
FIRST:I direct my.Executrix hereinafter named to pay
my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOrID:All the rest,residue,and remainder of my
property whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature
or description,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and
bequeath unto my beloved wife,EVA BAC:EillTTI,to be hers
absolutely forever.
THIRD:In the event my wife,EVA BACHETTI,predeceases
me,I devise Lots No.86 and 87 of the Liebman-Swaney Realty
Company,known as the Iron City Heights Allotment,located in
Coitsville Towns~ip,Mahoning County,Ohio,and the improvements
thereon,to my son,HENRY A.BACHETTI,to be his in fee simple
absolute.
FOURTH:In the event my wife,EVA BACHETTI,predeceases
me,I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,residue,and
remainder of my property ~~ether real,personal,or mixed,of
whatsoever nature or description,and wheresoever situate,to
my children,NORMA NArIDOR,HENRY A.BACHETTI,and LORRAINE
BORODATY,in equal shares.
FIFTH:I have made no provision for my daughter,
SYLVIA CAMPBELL,and not for want of affection,but secure in the
knowledge that she has been adequately provided for in my life
time.

SIXTH:I appoint and name my wife,EVA BACHETTI,to be
Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.In the event my
wife,EVA BACHETTI,predeceases me,I appoint and name my
daughter,LORRAINE BORODATY,to be Executrix of this,my Last
Will and Testament.
SEVENTH:It is my express desire and request that my
Executors,whenever they may need legal advice and assistance
in the settlement of my estate,or in carrying out the purposes
of my Will,shall consult and employ PAUL M.PETRO,ESQ.,of
Donora,pennsylvania,he haying an intimate knowledge of my
affairs and of my views and wishes i~many matters that may
arise in the settlement of my estate.

1.Your petitioner"Eva Bachetti"is the widow of
Silvio R.Bachetti"and is an adult individual who resides in the
Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,at 126 Castner
Avenue,Donora,Pennsylvania,where your petitioner lived with
the decedent,Silvio R.Bachetti.
2.Silvio R.Bachetti died testate on April 27,1968,
a resident of the Borough of Donora"Washington County,
Pennsylvania,at the address set forth in paragraph one.
3.Attached as Exhibit A is the Will of Silvio R.
Bachetti which has not been probated.After paYment of debts and
funeral expenses,the Will provides that the residue be devised
to your petitioner,Eva Bachetti,widow of the deceased.
4.The Estate of the said Silvio R.Bachetti consists
of the following personal property:
