KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:Whereas,at Washington,III the County aforesaid
on the 23rd day of May A.D.19 66 ,before me,
Josephine M.Douglas ,Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington,in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of Anna R.Huhra a/k/a Anna Huhra
late of the Borough of Donora in the County aforesaid,deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
Ermin Huhra
the Executor III said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,'I,Josephine M.Douglas ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
Ermin Huhra
committing unto him the administration of all and singuIar the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring him
to exhibit a·true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANNA R.BUHRA,of the Borough of Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in the
manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will or Wills hereto
made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,
after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my husband,Joseph
Huhra,his heirs and assigns,conditioned,however,that in the event
of his death in my lifetime,or in the event of his death within the
period of six months after my death,the s aid devise and bequest or
residue shall lapse or be divested,and in either event,I give,de-
vise and bequeath the said residue of my estate to my children,Agnes
Hugnes,Ermin Huhra,Helen Roskos,Pauline Fortuna and Andrew J.
Huhra,th~ir heirs and assigns.I.declare it to be my intention that
should Joseph Huhra be living at the expiration of six months from
the date of my death,the estate hereby devised and bequeathed to him
shall vest in him absolutely and in fee simple,free of all conditions.
I authorize my Executor to payout of the income or principal of my
estate reasonable amounts for the support and maintenance of Joseph
HUhra,and as well the reasonable expenses of his funeral and grave-
stone,should he die within said period of six months.
THIRD:I constitute and appoint my husband,Joseph
Huhra,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament but if he is
not living at the time of my death I appoint my son,Ermin Huhra,as
Executor and I direct that neither of them shall be required to enter
secuF.ity in any jurisdiction in which they may act.

named,have hereunto subscribed my.name and affixed my seal the--1§
