Josephine M.Douglas ,Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington,in t'he Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,

the last Will and Testament of Alexander Gorondy,al·so know as Alexander
Gorondi
late of Carroll Township in the County aforesaid,deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
Mary Sandrey
the Executor in said \Vill and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Josephine M.Douglas ,Register as aforesaid:,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said

committing unto her the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Offic1e,at Wa:shington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard'and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

LAST WILL AND TEST AMENT
I ALEXANDER GORONDY,of Eldora,Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,beinl of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,pUblish and declare this to be my last Will and Testa-
ment,thereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and
Testaments or Writings,in the nature thereof,by me at any time here-
tofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my
decease.
SECOND:At various times when some of my children have ind-
icated they had financial needs,I made monetary gifts to them and
to equalize my lenoristy towards all my children and to dispel thoughts
of partially,I give and bequeath to my other children the following
sums of money:To Steve Gorondy the sum of $500.00;to Julia Spridik

the sum of $500.00;to Elizabeth Baird the sum of $500.00;to Alexander
Gorondy the sum of $500.00;and to Rose Gondos the sum of $275.00.All
of these bequests to be paid first from ~personal and real property.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,per-
sonal,real and mixed r give,bequeath ana devise to all my children,
share and share alike.
FOURTH:I hereby make,constitute and appoint my daughter
Mary Sandrey to be the Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
13th day of November,A.D.1959.
