FIRST:'I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently b.e
done.
SECOND:I direct that my executors hereinafter named
sell alI real estate of ~hich I may die seized,as soon as convenient
after my decease,fo~,such prices,upon such terms,and in such way
and manner as may be deemed wise and to the best interest of my estate,
.and to make gbod deeds therefor to the purchasers thereof,without any
obligation on the latter to see'to or be responsbile for the application of
the purchase money.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
